Zoom In keybinding

I've corrected the Zoom In keyboard shortcut for GIMP. It used to be incorrectly specified as Shift++ while it is really just +. Only if your keyboard layout requires you to press the Shift key in order to generate a + character is the Shift key needed.

The keybinding for Cinepaint probably needs to be corrected. IIRC it is using = for Zoom In, just like GIMP 1.0 used to do. This happens to be on the same key as + on an american keyboard layout, on other layouts there's no connection to + though.
