NeoTA: Is the format eventually decided on here going to be oriented towards single swatches in one file, or multiple swatches? By which I mean, you have a set of colors used for painting skin, and another set for painting hair. Do these sets count as separate swatches, or one swatch? (assuming that the user sees them as one, from the UI point of view.)

If they get counted as one swatch, I want delimiting at the borders of color sets.. In the application, this can be used for 'next/prev color in range' functions, which are extremely useful for any kind of drawing. (ref. DeluxePaint 2).

('swatch' already is rather odd in it's usage in the computer world.. It originally referred to a single sample area of a color.. as in 'a swatch of cloth')
